New Customers

In order to fit you properly or make sure that we’re sending the exact replacement shoe and insole, we need to speak to you. If you have never worn our footwear, please contact us before purchasing. Our sizing often does not match other brands using European sizes.

Delivery and Shipping

We use the US Postal Service and ship by Priority Mail for fast delivery.  We usually ship within 1-2 weeks, sooner if we have the footwear in stock.  If it has to be made for you, it can take up to 8 or so weeks depending on the time of year so please allow for this when ordering.  We can also send overnight and second day for an extra charge if we have the footwear in stock.

Warranty and Returns

We warranty that our footwear will be free of manufacturing defects for 6 months from the time of shipping.  Please contact us immediately upon detection within this time frame.

Exchanges and Refunds

You are welcomed to exchange or return unworn, un-scuffed shoes within 30 days of shipping.  Please include your name, address, a copy of your receipt, and note informing us what you’d like to do.  Use a mailing bag as it’s lighter.  If you purchased your footwear at a show directly from us, please note we do not have your credit/debit information and will have to send you a refund check unless you provide us with your full number and expiration date.  If you wish to exchange them for a different style and did not try that one on in person or have not worn it before, please call us first to make sure that style will fit your type of feet.  Each style fits very differently from the others.  If you are exchanging the footwear, please include $9 for return shipping back to you.  If you have ANY questions, please contact us.

Cancellations

You are welcomed to cancel your order at any time but if it has already been sent out, you will be refunded the total minus the shipping fee.  Please write “refused” on the UNOPENED package and hand it back to your mail person.  We will issue you a refund (minus shipping) after we receive it.  Please email us immediately to cancel the order.
